Compass Consultation

The Compass Consultation is a focused, 90-minute session where we understand the challenges you’re facing, explore your current energy levels, and get clear about your wellness goals. This is where we begin the process of identifying patterns and lifestyle factors impacting you and establish clear next steps forward. All ongoing coaching and mentorship services begin with a Compass Consultation to explore your goals, support needs, and determine the most supportive path forward.

2 Hour Deep Dive Consultation

1:1 Coaching Support

4 Month Coaching Program

Personalized wellness coaching designed to help you improve your quality of life while living with chronic illness through supportive, goal-centered coaching tailored to your unique health needs and daily life.

Some topics addressed may include energy management, sustainable routines, stress reduction, boundaries, self-advocacy, and integrating sustainable wellness practices in realistic and meaningful ways. 

Wayfinder Mentorship

6 Month Mentorship Program

The Wayfinder Mentorship is a 6-month, high-support structured coaching program designed to help you stop surviving your life—and start living it in a way that feels sustainable. 

Over 6 months, we will:

  •  Untangle the beliefs and expectations that are keeping you stuck 

  •  Help you understand your body’s patterns, limits, and needs 

  •  Build a way of living that supports your energy instead of draining it

About Julia

Hi, I’m Julia Price. I have almost a decade of experience in the mental health and wellness field, a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am Certified as a Transformation Life Coach. I also have first-hand experience in what it is like to live with a rare disease! I spent the first part of my career as a clinical counselor specializing in trauma treatment and victim advocacy, where I saw firsthand the power of a holistic and integrative approach for clients. Then I put that to the test for myself as I came to terms with a sudden life-altering chronic illness. Now, I’ve devoted the next part of my career to using my expertise and unique life experience to support others with chronic health conditions through a combination of holistic mental health & wellness coaching.
